Google Makes Health Service Publicly Available
Google Inc. is now offering the general public electronic access to their medical records and other health-related information. The Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Web search leader announced the public launch of Google Health during a Webcast on Monday. It lets users import records from a variety of care providers and pharmacies.

Perseverance
Waking up this morning to go run was harder than yesterday and it is only day 2. It is so easy to mind fuck yourself in to being lazy. But i did get up and run. It feels better everyday, mentally and physically. I already see an improvement on my attitude and well being about life. The human body is amazing and it responds well to exercise. Keep on trekking.

Ealry Morning
I just went running for the first time in a long time. It is funny when you try to get back in shape your body punishes you for all the impurities you put in it. Lungs start to burn, coughing, at the brink of puking and you can taste all the alcohol and all the other rotten stuff you digested over the years. Your body reminds you of all the evil doing against it.
There is something about early morning that is calming and refreshing. The birds chirping, the smell of the morning dew, and the other people out seem more friendly.I will continue to wake up early and going running. Enjoy life and every little moment in it. It does not last that long.
