I just went running for the first time in a long time. It is funny when you try to get back in shape your body punishes you for all the impurities you put in it. Lungs start to burn, coughing, at the brink of puking and you can taste all the alcohol and all the other rotten stuff you digested over the years. Your body reminds you of all the evil doing against it.
There is something about early morning that is calming and refreshing. The birds chirping, the smell of the morning dew, and the other people out seem more friendly.I will continue to wake up early and going running. Enjoy life and every little moment in it. It does not last that long.

Running is about the best thing in the world. When your body starts to push, your mind just pushes right back. Its glorious.
