Healthy Foods Raise Students' Test Scores

The right food can not only improve the health of children, it can also raise their test scores! A new study released by the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER) at Essex University (in the UK) tested the academic effects of a diet championed by UK food guru Jamie Oliver, and it found that the foods significantly increased children's test scores.
